How to setup live streaming on your church website

Are you ready to live stream your services? ChurchSpring makes it easy!

Find Your YouTube Live Embed Code

  1. Login to your YouTube account
  2. Click on your profile icon at the top right of the screen
  3. Click on the "Creator Studio" link in the pulldown menu
  4. Click on the "Live Streaming" link in the left column
  5. Right click on the video player and select the "Copy embed code" option

Configure your ChurchSpring Website for Live Streaming

  1. Login to your ChurchSpring website
  2. Click on the settings link (top right off your screen)
  3. Click on the "Website" tab
  4. Click on the "Live Streaming" sub tab
  5. Paste the YouTube Live embed code into the box
  6. Click the "Save Information" button

You're Ready for Live Streaming!

Once you have completed these steps, you are ready to stream your first live event! All you have to do now, is create a new event (or edit an existing one) and click the "Yes" option in the form when asked about live streaming. After you save the event you will see a countdown clock on every page once the event is less than 48 hours away. When your event is less than 24 hours away, you will also notice a new slider on your homepage which displays a countdown clock until the event begins.

If you get stuck at any point in the setup process, feel free to submit a support ticket (in the settings area of your church website) and we will jump in to help you out.

My site looks really sweet and has been very easy to edit. Thus far I think it might be the easiest-to-use as well as most-responsive website creator I've tried.
